BACS Limited is a constituent of APACS which is the automated clearing house responsible for bulk clearing of electronic payments between bank accounts by means of a direct debit, direct credit or a standing order.

Normally mortgage payments or an advance will be paid direct into or out of the applicants bank account.

Receipts and statements are standard when payments are made,and these should be kept for records so that there is always a trail incase something goes wrong somewhere along the way.
