The process with us is fast and simple.
1. You first submit an enquiry through one of the clearly marked forms on the site.
2. A qualified mortgage broker will then contact you within 2 business hours.
3. The friendly experienced broker will discuss your requirements and narrow down the deals that are appropriate for you. You can then get information, or choose to go ahead with the aplication process.
4. A broker will normally, on your request, attempt to an agreement in principal. The paperwork is sent to you by the broker. Some of the forms will be pre-populated with the information you gave over the phone. You sign the declarations, include and payments required, put together your supporting dicuments, and send back to the broker.
5. The broker will send the completed application forms to the lender (some applications are done online). The broker will aslo arrange valuations/surveys, chase solicitors, and ensure communication lines are open.
6. Once the lender is satisfied they will advance the requested funds.If they are not happy tey may either decline, ask for more information, or make a conditional offer.
